NSW Paediatric ALS 2 Day Certification 7 & 8 December 2026 - Westmead Innovation Centre

Build the Skills That Save Little Lives.
When a child deteriorates, the stakes couldn't be higher and the skills required are distinct. This intensive two-day program gives you the knowledge, hands-on practice, and formal certification you need to respond confidently to paediatric resuscitation events and lead your team through them.

Designed for registered nurses and healthcare professionals working in critical care, acute, and paediatric settings - including experienced Adult ALS practitioners seeking paediatric certification - this course delivers certification in both Paediatric Basic Life Support and Paediatric Advanced Life Support. The course assumes a level of familiarity with ALS practices and builds on these to develop the participant into an effective ALS Team Leader.

Developed in line with the latest Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) statements and ANZCOR guidelines, the program combines theoretical lectures, clinical skill stations, and simulation scenarios.

Annual recertification in line with ANZCOR guidelines is recommended following certification.
