Top 10 Research Priorities for Australia and New Zealand Paediatric Critical Care: A James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnership

As part of the James Lind Alliance (JLA) Priority Setting Partnership (PSP) for Australian and New Zealand Paediatric Intensive Care (PIC) we are conducting a survey to identify and prioritise the most important research questions in PIC.

This project is led by The University of Queensland as part of a PhD program and is endorsed by the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society Paediatric Study Group (ANZICS PSG).

Survey 2 now open – Choose your Top 10 priorities for PICU research

We are now one step closer to identifying the top research priorities for Paediatric Intensive Care.

All responses from Survey 1 were grouped into summary questions. Questions outside the scope of this project were set aside, and the remaining questions were checked against existing research. Only those not yet answered by research have been included in Survey 2.

We invite those with lived experience or clinical expertise in paediatric intensive care — including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals — to complete Survey 2 and select the Top 10 priorities that matter most.
