Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open for the Day 19, 2027 ANZICS Point Prevalence Program (PPP) Study Day, scheduled for June 2027.
We invite investigators to submit proposals addressing prevalence or processes of care in ICU settings. Proposals may focus on either adult and/or paediatric populations and be submitted using the ANZICS PPP Investigator Proposal Template and PPP Questions Template.

Investigator Drop-In Sessions
We’re offering a 15-minute drop-in session (via Teams) for investigators to discuss their proposal ideas directly with the PPP Steering Committee Co-Convenors. This is a great opportunity to receive early feedback and guidance.

Each PPP Study Day includes Baseline and Day 28 Outcome Case Report Forms, which collect information on:
• Patient demographics
• Reason for ICU admission/Severity of Illness
• Length of stay
• Status at Day 28
This generic dataset is available in the Core Protocol V9.0, 30 January 2026, Appendix 4 for Investigators. Reviewing the format and style of these forms is strongly encouraged to ensure alignment with PPP methodology.
