You are invited to participate in a research study exploring how simulation is used in Intensive Care Units (ICUs) across Australia. This study is being conducted as part of a PhD at La Trobe University.
Help improve understanding of ICU simulation in Australia, informing future education and training practices.
Phase 1
Participation involves completing a brief online survey (approximately 12–15 minutes). Some participants may also choose to take part in a follow‑up interview. Participation is entirely voluntary.
Are you eligible?
* Currently work in an Australian ICU, AND
* Have been involved in ICU‑based workplace simulation in the past 12 months as either:
*a simulation facilitator, or
*a simulation participant

Phase 2
Facilitators will also be invited to take part in an interview in Phase 2.
Participation involves a semi‑structured interview lasting approximately 45–60 minutes, conducted online at a time convenient to you. Participation is entirely voluntary.
