The Australian College of Critical Care Nurses Ltd (ACCCN)
We invite you to join ACCCN, a not-for-profit membership-based organisation representing health care professionals nationally.
Voting Members receive all ACCCN benefits and are eligible to: vote, hold elected office, serve on the Board of Directors, serve on committees, attend ACCCN member and social functions.
Non Voting Members receive all ACCCN benefits, eligible to attend ACCCN member and social functions, however cannot vote, hold elected office, serve on the Board of Directors or serve on committees.

*Members purchasing 1 Year Membership (paid monthly) are committing to a full 12 months membership. The balance of any outstanding monthly instalments must be paid to the ACCCN should a member resign prior to the completion of their annual commitment.
VOTING MEMBERSHIP
Member of ACCCN – MACCCN
A person who works as a Health Professional registered with a professional body in accordance with the laws applicable to any State or Territory of Australia or a person presently permitted to practice as a Health Professional in accordance with the laws applicable to the country of their residence.
Fellow of ACCCN – FACCCN
Being a fellow of the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses is a prestigious achievement, recognising individuals who have demonstrated long-standing commitment to ACCCN, advanced practice in critical care and significant contributions to the profession. Fellows of the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses can use the postnominal FACCCN after their name, signifying their prestigious status. Fellows are acknowledged as leaders in critical care nursing and serve as role models inspiring and guiding the next generation of critical care nurses.

Postgraduate Student Membership
A person registered as a Health Professional registered with a professional body in accordance with the laws applicable to any State or Territory of Australia or a person presently permitted to practice as a Health Professional in accordance with the laws applicable to the country of their residence who is currently undertaking additional studies relevant to critical care nursing and leading to a postgraduate degree. Application for membership must be accompanied by evidence of student enrolment in the current year of study.
NON-VOTING MEMBERSHIP
Affiliate Membership
To be eligible, the individual must be registered as a Division 1 Nurse with AHPRA and must provide proof of current, fully paid (financial) membership with a recognised nursing organisation, such as CENA, ACORN, or ACN. The individual must remain a fully paid member of the original organisation.
Please note: AHPRA registration is not sufficient – you must upload evidence of your nursing organisation membership.
International colleagues must provide evidence of Nursing registration equivalent to Australian Division 1 registered nurse and current financial full membership of an ACCCN equivalent professional nursing body that is registered in accordance with the laws applicable to the country of their residence.
Undergraduate Student Membership
A person enrolled in an Australian recognised undergraduate program leading to registration as a Health Professional registered with a professional body in accordance with the laws applicable to any State or Territory of Australia or a person presently permitted to practice as a Health Professional in accordance with the laws applicable to the country of their residence. Application for membership must be accompanied by evidence of student enrolment in the current year of study.
First Year RN Membership
A person registered as a Division 1 nurse with AHPRA who has completed the Bachelor level degree and is working in their first year as a Registered Nurse.
