Registered Nurse – North West Regional Hospital (TAS)

The Team
The North West Regional Hospital are seeking dedicated and suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join their team. ICU is a specialized area that requires skilled staff to care for critically unwell patients requiring organ support via ventilation, continuous renal replacement therapy and haemodynamic support.

The Role
The Registered Nurse strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.

Our ideal candidate will have:
– A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience working in an ICU setting
– Ventilator (Draeger) and CRRT (Prismaflex) experience
– Paediatric experience and post graduate certification (highly desirable)

Details of appointment
Multiple permanent full time and part time, shift worker (fully rotational) positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team.

Salary
$80,524 to $109,175 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
– Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.

Access to the Grade 4 salary range $102,439- $109,175 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
– Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type

Eligibility
