This research explores why nurses stay in or leave paediatric critical care within the first five years after specialist training. The study invites eligible nurses to complete a brief anonymous 15‑minute survey on career motivations and experiences. Findings will inform workforce development strategies, support retention of skilled paediatric critical care nurses, and improve post‑training transition experiences.
Eligibility:
– Paediatric critical care nurses who have completed post-graduate training in Australia in July 2021 or later.
– Nurses who have left paediatric critical care nursing are strongly encouraged to participate.
