Events Terms & Conditions
The Australian College of Critical Care Nurses Ltd (ACCCN)
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
This policy relates to all ACCCN state events, including conferences, seminars, study days and hot topic evenings*.
Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 14 days and up to 7 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date.
Cancellations must be made in writing to eventsadmin@acccn.com.au
Registration Transfers:
Registrations may be transferred into another name, but this must be requested in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event, otherwise it will be considered a cancellation and an additional registration fee will be payable.
Where a registration is transferred, ACCCN will not refund any monies – all negotiations and transactions must be done between the relevant parties. If a non- member has been replaced with a member, the difference in cost will be payable to ACCCN prior to the event date.

ACCCN Rights & Liabilities:
ACCCN’s maximum liability is limited to the refund conditions above. ACCCN accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred. A medical certificate or unforeseen circumstances does not change this liability.
ACCCN reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event up to 30 days prior to the event start date with a full refund issued.
ACCCN will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the ACCCN Event.
For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be taken during the event.
* These terms & conditions are only applicable to ACCCN state events and excludes the Annual Education Meeting (AEM) and Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM).
